I chose to entrust my car care needs to "Allstar Service Center" specifically because it's a veteran owned business. I made an appointment via telephone for an alignment because my car had a complete suspension replacement. I was quoted $156.00 on the phone, but charged $178.00 upon completion. During the alignment, I asked ASC to run a scan to figure out why my check engine light was on. The desk guy told me I need a "tune-up" costing between $300-$400. He did offered me a 20% discount, which was nice. But, I just had a tune-up a few months prior, so I went to O'Reilly the next day to confirm ASC findings. Turns out and I actually need the MAF Sensor replaced, not a tune-up. Then we left the shop, and within 30 miles my car started pulling hard towards the left. I called ASC and told them there was a problem. They scheduled a follow-up appointment to address the issue. I showed up for the (2 hr) long appointment, and was repeatedly asked if I was "sure" it was pulling left 🙄 I mean, that's the exact reason I returned, obviously. My car was out of the garage, so I headed to the front desk. Upon speaking to an employee, I was informed that I was being charged $40.00 for the "c

Casey, Nick, Derek are awesome people, as well as all the techs that were super friendly, super knowledgeable, and always trying to make things work no matter what. I had issues with parts and they did their best to keep their word and get my truck done as soon as possible. I will be bringing all of my vehicles back! Hopefully next time my 2018 Silverado wont be such a fight, haha. Thanks guys!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended! I can’t say enough good things about All Star Service! I came in with what I suspected was a serious issue—oil or grease was visibly seeping from the rear driver’s side tire of my camper van. I knew that wasn’t normal, and definitely not safe, especially since I travel full-time and rely on my van daily. They got me in immediately—no delays, no runaround—and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turned out gear oil was leaking from the wheel, and after removing it, they discovered the axle flange wasn’t properly bolted to the rotor. Shockingly, 2 of the 5 bolts had completely broken off inside the rotor! They replaced all 5 bolts, the rotor, and the O-ring, thoroughly cleaned everything out, and reassembled it all with great care. But they didn’t stop there—they also removed the other three tires to inspect all the axles and make sure there were no similar problems elsewhere. Thankfully, everything else checked out, but I appreciated their thoroughness. They even topped off and refilled the rear differential fluid without me having to ask. ALLSTAR is a great place for tires and to get your car fixed! Gracie and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and great communicators. They'll work with you to get the job done without breaking the bank. Highly recommended. I'll be back.
